Bokar Monastery: Stillness Above the Hills
As we make our way back from Rameetey viewpoint, take a moment to stop and visit Bokar Monastery – a Tibetan Buddhist monastery located at the top of a hill with prayer flags hanging between the trees. The surrounding grounds are peaceful and serene, and the views of the hills surrounding the monastery are quite beautiful, while the overall feeling of stillness allows you to speak with relaxed, unhurried conversation for at least 30 minutes.
