We created the fitness success pyramid to help you get started. This framework will guide you to your fitness goals if it is followed precisely. Let’s take a moment to look at the four components of the pyramid, and then explain why you should follow them.

1. Coaching Client Relationship

We all need some kind of map when driving to new destinations. You need a guide to help you reach your fitness goals. The coach-client relationship is at the bottom of the pyramid.

You will be assigned a coach when you enter an Apex Performance. Your coach will be there to help you reach your goals and stay with you throughout your fitness journey. The two of you will become more comfortable with each other over time. That’s when the magic happens. Your coach will help you create lifestyle plans that align with your motivations. They will also be there to support you and hold you accountable for any challenges that may arise.

2. Lifestyle

You and your coach will be able to focus on the second half of the pyramid: your relationship.

This step focuses on healthy habits. Learn how to manage work and rest, establish a routine that works for you, and identify your purpose.

You can be confident that you will have a consistent lifestyle and your daily actions will support the next step: nutrition, training, and other activities.

3. Nutrition

Nutrition is the third step of the pyramid.

Your coach and you will first focus on the quality of your food. You will have the energy you need to achieve your goals if you eat healthy, high-quality foods every day. You will be more consistent in your food quality and you will pay more attention to the details of food quantity to help you reach your goals. Quality and quantity are both important. However, we prefer to concentrate on quality to ensure that you get the micronutrients that you need.

4. Training

With the foundation set, you can be confident in your recovery and training.

Your coach will develop an exercise program that is tailored to your needs. The program will be tailored to your needs and goals. It will include aerobic and resistance training. This program will make you more prepared for your future.

Your goals will become a reality once you reach the top. Remember that it is not only the training that will get you there. It’s also the foundation for a great relationship and consistent quality nutrition.
